“I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.” - Signature: Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Actions Upon Receipt of Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, Cuppa Digital Institute will:
- Review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user responsible for the content, if applicable, and provide an opportunity to respond, as per DMCA procedures.
- Take further steps as required by law or deemed necessary to protect intellectual property rights.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed from the Site was not infringing or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Contact Address. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and its prior location on the Site.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant and restore the content if appropriate, in accordance with DMCA guidelines.
Repeat Infringers
Cuppa Digital Institute reserves the right to terminate access to the Service for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, as determined in our sole discretion.
